Warehouse Apartment by Dean/Wolf Architects

Peaaegu 1000 m² suuruses korteris

Studio Dean/Wolf Architects have designed this beautiful warehouse apartment in New York City. With Corten steel, wood, concrete, frameless burgundy glass and bricks they turned a former Tribeca townhouse in Manhattan into a stunning five-story apartment. As the warehouse occupied a lot of space, architect Charles Wolf and designer Eunjeong Seong inverted the usual floor plan, constructing three double-story voids that act as gardens and large door windows bring natural light inside. An open planning sends the light traveling through the other spaces.
